The Quest - Celtic Rift (iPhone) is an expansion to The Quest, a beautifully hand-drawn, immersive and enchanting world full of exciting challenges. After enabling the expansion, you can explore new areas and quests. However, if you don't have The Quest, you can also play the expansion as a standalone game.
You've received a letter from King Mersant bidding you travel urgently to the Islands of Lubdan in the far away country of Loegria. When you land you find out who really summoned you there. Be ready for adventure. You could die so keep extra save files!
This expansion is a first in a new series for The Quest and has been designed for low level characters. It's highly recommended that you start a new character to fully enjoy it. To access the new areas (not applicable if you are playing the expansion standalone), go to Matras harbor and talk to captain Verra, then select "Celtic Rift" as your travel destination.
What's New in This Release:
· The Iron and Gold Demon now smelt for you if you have 10 nuggets as they should, not 11.
· If you poisoned Habren and you're sorry, if you face her tomb and then turn around and tap the mossy wall behind you, you can wake her and the quest to poison her will be removed.
What's New in 15.0:
· The teleporter to Storm should be working when appropriate in all circumstances.
· Mrs. Phredd now sells the Fireproof Chest.
· Green rock in Islands of Lubdan teleports the player to Village of Albion, any time they want to go.
· Now the lock in the Fortress of Llyn Cau can be picked if the player's lockpick skill is greater than 50, as well as if you kill the wizard's guards.
· Quest description for golden acorns is fixed.
What's New in 14.5:
· The game now properly autosaves when going into the background (when the Home button is pressed on the device).
· The Cripple spell is no longer needed to kill the Living Bog Men.
· A Fireproof Chest can now be found in a bush outside the Fortress of Glass. Also it has more chance of showing up in shops.
· The teleporter at Vendan in the Cave of Dana are now always working, regardless of Vendan's quest status. Vendan's quest was also simplified.
What's New in 14.4:
· The teleporter to Storm is always active now.
· The Magician in Avalonia is fixed.
· The pieces of Merlin's orb are sellable as is the Orb itself.
· Hogmouth's NPC is no longer on the Bonehewers in Dummonia Mines.
What's New in 14.3:
· New forums.
· Increased frequency with which the sphere-shaped Merlin's Orb Piece shows up in stores that sell normal miscellaneous items.
· Added Shiraz's Amulet.
