Mobile Assault - arcade game, fly on the map in a helicopter and destroy opponents.
It's only been a couple of weeks since 1.4, but Justin and I figured we've added some important changes to justify a 1.4.1 release. The first fix is to address the rare crashes that we were getting on startup with iPhone. Basically there was a thread race condition that we couldn't fix without totally ripping the guts out of the current code. I personally still don't understand why what we had before never worked, but we're pretty sure this fix will be the end of this particular issue. The other fix is to do with AI. Turns out that instead of a tank trying to find a target 5 times a second, it was doing it 100 times a second. With lots of tanks on the map, that's a lot of CPU being used unnecessarily. We're currently exploring better ways to manage large numbers of units and projectiles, so hopefully we can squeeze a few more FPS out of the game.
Fixed updating of particle effects.
Final fix for crash on startup on iPhone.
Copy the directory 'mobileassault' into your games directory. For CFW 3.52 M33-4, it is PSP/GAME352 but will likely be different for each CFW. If you are upgrading from a previous version, be sure to back up your mobileassault.db before copying the new folder over.
New Chinook helicopter unit.
One new mission.
Added three new building structures.
Varied tree sizes.
New Apache texture.
Fixed crashes in the 'Recon' mission
Fixed crash when certain numbers of units were destroyed.
Fixed bug where an in-game message could remain showing for too long.

PC Dungeons 3D PC Dungeons 3D This download is for the PC version of Charnold's PSP Dungeons 3D homebrew game release v0.7
Charnold stopped by our forums to spread the word of a new PSP Dungeons release. Just when I thought the year couldn't end any better than it was, I was proved wrong
Super Mario Power Coins Super Mario Power Coins- The game is actually a Xandu rendition of Super Mario Power Coins (one we played is in Spanish).
It may be a clone, come to think of it, except that you can jump and do other things with the O, X, and the arrow buttons, which you can't do in the original flash game.
Also, you get to level up pretty quickly
Scramble Savior Portable demo Scramble Savior Portable demo - As Japanese indie games go, there are a lot of interesting titles out there that never see the shores of English-speaking nations. Fortunately, homebrew developer Madlax was able to recreate the Scramble Savior game mode of Giga's Xross Scramble and port a demo of it on to the PlayStation Portable platform
Pac-Man Pizza v1.1 Pac-Man Pizza v1.1
Another new homebrew game has been released on our PSP Development forums. This time, it's Pac-Man Pizza, a Lua-coded project from jfig111.
The gameplay in Pac-Man Pizza is similar to that of Sonic Catch Those Rings. The objective in this game is to eat as many pizzas as you can
Shiny Red Tank Shiny Red Tank is eventually going to become an old-school platformer including elements from my favorite 8-bit and 16-bit games
Easter Game Easter Game - Such is the case of coder Dyspros_ earlier to release Easter Game version 1.0.
As its name implies, Easter Game is a Lua-coded homebrew game, where the player's objective is to catch the falling eggs being laid by the chickens onscreen. The basket is in turn controlled by your PSP's directional buttons
Homebrew developer Joppy Furr sent QJ.NET an email informing us about the game Ants4PSP. Like the name implies, this particular creation is actually a port of the flash game called Castle Wars and Ants.
According to Joppy Furr, this is his first homebrew game and he is interested for the community to see his creation
Bang! Coming out of beta is Bang!, a DS homebrew game
