Showtime - After releasing several test builds, Andreas Oman has finally hunkered down to unleash a new stable Showtime. It improves memory usage, and flags poorly formatted clips!
In case you didn't know, Showtime Media Center is the bar-none video player for a custom firmware PS3. Typically we're more familiar with test builds, but this particular release is noted to be stable enough for the masses. It includes many small feature improvements such as better memory management, increased subtitle support, and an audio test option. You'll also find a new ShoutCAST plugin installed by default as well. Check out more complete change notes below!

This increases the vertical scrolling speed of Music player by around 50%. You can scroll 300 songs in 10 seconds using this. This is the maximum possible speed that can be achieved without directly hacking vshmain.prx.
It works in the Photos menu as well if you open the Music player first
