Yet another TIFF homebrew game makes its way into our PSPs as SG57 has just released v0.1 of his take on the classic Space Invaders.
This game has been handcoded, and at the moment makes use of ASCII invaders. However, the creator ensures that this game will be playable on 2.70 to 2.80 firmware. Other firmware versions that it will be compatible with include 2.0, 2.01, 2.5, and 2.6.
To install this game, just copy the "Invader" folder into the "photo" section of your memory card. Just enter that folder andthe game will start automatically.

Mario Adventure Mario Adventure

Mario Adventure v0
Icy Tower Icy Tower-It looks like german PSP coder Fredddy has gone Lua coding mad and released an update to his LUA Icy Tower homebrew game clone of Icy Tower, a freeware game originally released by Free Lunch Design back in 2001.
The game features a Tower which consists of floors in different sizes and is of infinite height
Cpajuste calls them crappy, but we think they're the start of something really good. He's ported some old GP2X games for use with the PSPs, and while all the features aren't there yet, they're pretty nicely made ports.
The ports are of the following games: DCircus, Defend, Dodgin Diamond II, Pang, and Yeti3D
Chickey Chick v0.7sb Chickey Chick v0.7sb
This might be the cutest entry to Scenery Beta 2008 yet. Called Chickey Chick, the game was inspired from the classic New Zealand Story from Taito, which was adorable. Chickey Chick is a platform game where you have to guide a chick through level after level of dangerous enemies
Super Mario Power Coins Super Mario Power Coins
Posting this blog meant one thing: We're going to have to get away from the PSP for a few minutes and share to you what Xandu has recently published in our QJ forums. Which really sucks, because we just got hold of his Super Mario Power Coins v.1.0 and wouldn't stop playing, if we could
