VNC for Symbian is a port of the Java client for the popular VNC product to the Symbian platform. It supports all EPOC devices from release 5, including the psion range of PDA's, the Nokia 92* series phones and the Sony Ericcson P800/P900 VNC will give you access to any computer on the Internet with just an IP address and the custom password. Now you can jump on the Internet, search your home computer for a needed file, then e-mail it to your office computer.
Alternatively, use it to control servers in the office, whilst sitting in the comfort of your own home.
How does it work? It's very simple. You install the server (available from www.realvnc.com) on the computer you are accessing. During setup, you choose the password that will protect your computer. Then you use the remote computer's IP address and your password to not only view the remote computer's monitor, but also to control the mouse and keyboard. You are essentially using your home computer from anywhere on the Internet! Key features
